Raymond Wartski

Consultant

Ray Wartski is a consultant at the firm and has practiced as an attorney for some 52 years.

He currently specialises in all areas of Commercial Law, and is highly experienced in High Court and Magistrate’s Court Commercial litigation. He frequently assists both individual and corporate clients with all aspects of Insolvency / Liquidation and in the drafting of Commercial Contracts.

In his spare time, Ray has also acted as a Smalls Claims Court Commissioner for a period of 10 years and for the same period of time also lectured at the School for Legal Practice on the areas of Insolvency Applications.

He has also, on occasion, acted as an assessor in the High Court and an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
